Meet the Thread Behind Wellthread
I’m Sara Jantze, the coach and creator behind Wellthread Coaching & Consulting.
With training from Harvard in Public Leadership and Business Management Principles, I bring a strategic, relational, and research-informed lens to every client conversation. My work is shaped by a deep belief that strong leadership and healthy culture are essential—not only for organizational success, but for human flourishing.
Currently based in Spokane, Washington, I partner with leaders and organizations locally and beyond. My heart—and my roots—belong to Portland and Salem, and as Wellthread grows, I’m excited to expand this work back into the communities that shaped who I am.
